Based on Law 81 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Law”), we inform you of the following:
Event Plus Panama, S.A. with address at Calle 72 este, San Francisco, Panama, Republic of Panama, informs that the personal data provided by its clients, suppliers that are required to comply with the obligations derived from various contracts and agreements entered into between individuals and our company will be treated to consent with Law 81 of Protection of Personal Data.
Only authorized persons will have access to exclusive data information on the services provided and their own activities as a tour operator.
Event Plus Panamá, S.A., is responsible for the information and personal data that it possesses, collects or will collect from individuals and that are necessary, mainly for the proper carrying out of the operations and provision of the services that it has contracted or contracts with them, as well as well as for the celebration of the other acts that any of said managers can carry out in accordance with the applicable laws and their bylaws.
Said personal data may have been or may be obtained from its clients, suppliers or employees, as appropriate, either personally or directly by any electronic, optical, sound, visual means or through any other technology.
Purpose of personal data
The performance of each and every one of the operations and the provision of services.
Carrying out quality, service or any other type of surveys related to the products it offers, the services it provides and events it celebrates, as well as the development and implementation of information and statistical analysis processes derived from said surveys.
The revisions and corrections required by updating data or for greater knowledge of the holders, both for legal and security purposes.
For marketing or advertising purposes consisting of the offer and promotion of products or services of Event Plus Panamá, S.A., and of our different suppliers.
Any complementary or auxiliary activity necessary to carry out the above purposes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
TOURS: All itineraries are carried out as a group in shared services, which are not modifiable, since they are programmed and designated as soon as on time and place. The passenger agrees to accept and comply with the indications given by the guides for the optimal development of the services.
Air: the published prices do not include airfare, except for internal flights in the programs where indicated or flights in programs where it is specified in the “includes” section. We recommend checking the best rate when making your reservation for flights not included.
Hotels: check with your travel advisor for the hotels provided in each program. In the event that the indicated hotel cannot be confirmed, the tour operator reserves the right to provide accommodation in hotels of a similar or higher category. In general, the rooms can be used from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be delivered before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, always being the consideration and policy of each property. In the event that the arrival to them was before the established time, there is a possibility that the room will not be provided until the corresponding time. The rooms are of the type indicated in each program. Double rooms can have two single beds or one double bed. The triple rooms have one or two beds and a single folding bed that may represent a supplement to the rate. There are hotels that cannot provide extra beds. Consult the maximum capacity of adults and/or children in each hotel. In circuits, as they are shared services, it will not be possible to modify the hotels considered for the development of the program.
Meals: as indicated in each program. Consult supplements for additional foods. It is the passenger’s responsibility to take care of their diet in the case of having allergies to any food(s).
Transfers: if included in the program, transfer services from/to the airport are scheduled based on the arrival and departure times of the flights. It is the passenger’s responsibility to locate the coordinator, who will be duly identified. Passengers who for some reason do not make contact with the coordinator, who have suffered a delay in their flights, who have presented a problem in the hotels or contracted services, must report it immediately to the passenger assistance number indicated on their service coupon. No claim or subsequent refund request will be accepted if the passenger does not meet this requirement.
Travel documents: it is the responsibility of the passenger to provide himself with the necessary information to comply with the legal requirements of his trip, as well as passports, visas, health permits, etc., with the validity stipulated by the authorities of the Republic of Panama. and the countries of destination and/or transit. Event Plus Panama, S.A. declines all responsibility for problems and/or additional expenses.

Insurance: the programs do not include travel assistance insurance, except when indicated in the “includes” section, however, its contracting is highly recommended.
Exchange rates: sales prices are based on USD currency.
Cancellations and/or alterations: at any time, the user or consumer can withdraw from the land services requested or contracted. However, on some itineraries, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible. In cases where it is possible to cancel, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts you have paid, whether it is the total price or the planned advance, but you must compensate the Agency for all management expenses, plus the cancellation expenses that are generated, being free of cancellation expenses if it is made before 30 days from the start of the trip, except in itineraries with internal flights. Between 29 and 16 days prior to the travel date, expenses of 25% of the total cost of the trip will be charged. Between 15 and 8 days prior to the travel date, expenses of 50% of the total cost of the trip will be charged. Between 7 and 4 days prior to the travel date, expenses of 75% of the total cost of the trip will be charged. Within 72 hours. Prior to the travel date, the expenses will be those corresponding to the entire amount of the trip. The non-presentation (No Show) will mean the total loss of the amount paid. There are programs that may be subject to stricter cancellation policies, check with your travel advisor Refunds and claims: any anomaly in the services must be reported immediately to the operator at the destination and later to the agency. In the event of a refund, they will always be processed in writing through the agency where you made the reservation and a maximum of 30 days from the date of completion of the trip, always presenting original supporting documents on the services requested for reimbursement. Services not used by the passengers’ own decision are not refundable.
Responsibilities: Event Plus Panamá, S.A., explicitly declare that they act as intermediaries between the user of these packages and the entities or persons called to provide the included services, such as transport companies, hotels, restaurants, other travel agencies, etc., therefore, it undertakes to request the specified services and according to their availability, as well as to contract them on behalf of the user. If for reasons of force majeure, the providers of the contracted services could not partially or totally provide the services contracted by the organizing wholesale operator, it will only manage the reimbursement of the appropriate amount on behalf of the user, excluding any other commitment. The operator declines all responsibility for: delays, cancellations, strikes or impossibility of the contracted transport companies, the expenses that originate being borne by the passengers. The wholesale operator will guide and assist the passengers, declining all responsibility for damages, injuries, accidents or irregularities that may occur to the passenger during the execution of the services. Likewise, it declines any responsibility derived from non-compliance by the user with the regulations or conditions established by each of the contracted service providers.
Optional activities that may involve some risk: depending on the program, there may be the possibility of carrying out some optional activities available in the places to visit, some of which may involve some type of risk, such as horseback riding, hiking in height, river canoeing, among others. It is important to specify that the decision to participate in any of these tours or visits is the sole responsibility of each passenger, therefore, Event Plus Panama will not assume any responsibility for the occurrence of any mishap during their completion
Natural disasters or acts of force majeure: Event Plus Panamá, S.A. will not be responsible for the occurrence of any natural disaster or acts of force majeure, activities established by mandate of the government or local authorities, wars, civic disturbances, terrorist acts, strikes, assaults, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, adverse weather conditions, damages by Incidents in journeys by sea, land, air or other similar ones that are out of control. When for reasons attributable to the wholesale operator, this is the one who cancels a trip or excursion of any nature, for reasons beyond the control of the tourist, it will be obliged to reimburse all the advances or payments that have been made.
Validity of rates: According to each publication or quote within the period of validity.
Important:
Three days before your flight it is advisable to reconfirm the schedules with the airline.
We recommend that you arrive at the airport in advance: 3 hours before on international flights and 2 hours before on domestic flights, presenting the current documentation required by the immigration authorities.
To ensure your transfers, when included, we would appreciate you contacting the local operator in case of any change in the arrival or departure flight.
All passengers are subject to the decisions of the immigration authorities of each country, so the operator has no responsibility for the consequences of the actions of that body.
